Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Unfortunately Personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded. If we made a mistake, or there is a defect, then we will absolutely remake the item and resend it to you at no charge, as soon as possible.


Please double check the initials and make sure you put them in the EXACT order you would like them to be. We put the initials in the exact order they appear in the "Note to seller" section. Once your monogram is made, we can not make any changes.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

* CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 business days (M-F). Please remember this does not include weekends and holidays. Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping Upgrades are available at checkout (optional)


* SHIPPING ADDRESS: We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address listed on your order. If your order is sent back because of an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost to the correct address.


* SHIPPING METHOD: We ship via the United States Postal Service and FedEx.


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.


International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please allow up to 2 weeks (or more) for delivery depending on customs.


* EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We offer an expedite and rush option. Please contact us prior making your purchase so that we can edit or create a listing for you to include the associated shipping cost.


Purchasing the Priority mail upgrade does not change the processing time.


* PACKAGE TRACKING: You will receive an automatic email with your tacking # when your order ships. The tracking will be sent to the email address you have in your KR account.


Order Policy


You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any item from this site even if the item is not a weapon. Some laws may require that you be at least 21 years of age to receive the item. By purchasing any item sold by us, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations. All knives and swords must be handled with extreme care. It is your responsibility to check the item for any possible defects before using this item.
